changing the mode

  I have received two e-mails from my friends, both telling me some job informations. those triggered the change of my mode; let's say from phase A to phase B.
• 
  so far, I've been focusing on one thing. from now on, I am going to do two things, that is, job hunting as well, with 50/50 of my efforts.
• 
  (as usual, I have many things that I want to do... but it is true that without selecting (and dropping others) nothing could be done.)
